My meditation classes focus on one thing - heart intuition.
Shedding past stories and masks, stripping away any anxiety and stress, and getting at the core essence of what’s important - you. I take you through a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by a 15 minute sound-bath meditation with a mantra to anchor you.
We explore what it means to live a life guided by our hearts, and how to fully express who we are in this often chaotic life (as someone who works at a tech-startup in SF, trust me, I get the chaos).
In my Power Vinyasa class you will find a deep, grounded, heart connection with your breath and body, and move in ways you haven’t moved before.
Since I first started practicing yoga 3 years ago, my life’s journey has unfolded in a way I could not have possibly imagined. Life long friends, a body that supports me physically, mental calmness and drive like nothing I’ve seen before, living in 4 different cities this past year… I could go on.
Yoga is much more than the physical asanas that are on the mat. It’s about living a life that is dedicated to yourself and truly acknowledging your body. Being in tune with what you want and decreeing to yourself that you’re going to do it.
I would love for you to come by to one of my classes and take a deeper dive into yourself both mentally and physically (you’ll get a kickass workout regardless). Allow yourself the hour of self work time that we all tend to forget is necessary (yours truly included).
