Connection to mind. Connection to body. Connection to spirit. Connection to yourself.

Men’s Group

I am co-facilitation and leading a Men’s Group at Anchor Meditation come Mid-September. If you want to get a sense of what a Men’s Group is and why it’s needed, check out my application for my virtual group.

It’s all the same lessons and connection, but in person seeing each other face-to-face plus other perks and benefits such as 4 free classes at Anchor Meditation (value $120) across the 3 month journey.

My meditation classes focus on one thing - heart intuition.

Shedding past stories and masks, stripping away any anxiety and stress, and getting at the core essence of what’s important - you. I take you through a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by a 15 minute sound-bath meditation with a mantra to anchor you.

We explore what it means to live a life guided by our hearts, and how to fully express who we are in this often chaotic life (as someone who works at a tech-startup in SF, trust me, I get the chaos).

In my Power Vinyasa class you will find a deep, grounded, heart connection with your breath and body, and move in ways you haven’t moved before.

Since I first started practicing yoga 3 years ago, my life’s journey has unfolded in a way I could not have possibly imagined. Life long friends, a body that supports me physically, mental calmness and drive like nothing I’ve seen before, living in 4 different cities this past year… I could go on.

Yoga is much more than the physical asanas that are on the mat. It’s about living a life that is dedicated to yourself and truly acknowledging your body. Being in tune with what you want and decreeing to yourself that you’re going to do it.

I would love for you to come by to one of my classes and take a deeper dive into yourself both mentally and physically (you’ll get a kickass workout regardless). Allow yourself the hour of self work time that we all tend to forget is necessary (yours truly included).

I just took Cam’s class this week and he is excellent! He brings a calm and grounding energy and the theme of his class met me exactly where I was meeting myself on my mat. His class was accessible to all levels with much room to up-level and he provided plenty of modifications to poses. I’m working with a shoulder injury, and his class did not only cater to that, but allowed me to feel really amazing (rather than hurt) leaving class! He adjusted me in poses I was doing incorrectly to make them feel safer and allow me to move deeper. Definitely coming back to his class – great tunes are always a plus, too!

I started practicing yoga as a way to experience being active in a fun and different way than the conventional workouts I was accustomed to. I was definitely intimated at first but when I walked into my first class with Cam that quickly disappeared. Cam made the environment so welcoming, fun, and high energy! You could tell he put a lot of thought and effort into creating a creative and upbeat playlist that paired well with his transitions throughout the class. The most inspiring part, is that you can tell Cam is truly passionate about yoga and wants to share it with everyone, and that’s what made me return to his classes time and time again.

Cam did an amazing job at a teaching the yoga class for our Deloitte networking event. It was fast-paced, energetic, and fun, and the music was on point. One of the participants who had done yoga a few times before said that he had never liked yoga until this class. Another who had never done yoga at all said that it was a much better workout than he expected and that he really liked it! Cam conducted a good balance of endurance training but also rest and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Cam for future corporate events.
